Often in collaboration with doctors and other medical professionals (depending on your condition), I ensure the safety and effectiveness of you physical activity program. Helping you set realistic goals to boost health and confidence, making physical activity an enjoyable and sustainable part of your lifestyle. I can modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and accommodate physical limitations.
