Meet Your Coach

So who am I?

I'm Ed, and back in 2015 I was in a very different situation. Working in a corporate leadership role, morbidly obese and my only track record in fitness was years of yoyo dieting and many failed attempts at fitness. Since then a lot has changed, and most importantly has stayed changed! I documented my story here if it is of interest. But I strongly believe everyone has their own journey. Yours will be different to mine

Feeling very underwhelmed by the Health & Fitness Industry, I decided to launch this coaching business in 2019, to work with others that might be feeling how I was. If that is you, then I look forward to speaking soon.

I have practical experience gained from hundreds of hours coaching a wide variety of people with very different requirements. My qualifications include:

Frequently Asked Questions

No. I have gym, bodyweight and home based training options. They are all scalable and we will start from where you are comfortable. It isn't about where you start. It is about where you want to progress to.

I don't want you to think of this as a diet, this is a lifestyle journey. When it comes to nutrition we want to show you how you can still enjoy life and make progress towards your goals! Education is more important than meal plans if you are to make life long changes!

Absolutely not! That is why you have me. I will support and challenge you no matter your starting fitness level. This coaching is effective and accessible to everyone. And EVERYONE is welcome to be part of my coached community.

I work closely with a small limited number of clients to ensure each member gets the support and attention they need. My 1:1 coaching investment starts from £299 per month.

I never sign a new member up without an initial phone or video call with me first. This way, we can both make sure my coaching is the right fit for you before getting started.
