At your home
I bring the coaching to you. Perfect if you prefer privacy, convenience and have sufficient space.Outdoors
Local parks, many of which offer outdoor bodyweight gyms. Train in the fresh air with body-weight strength and conditioning that actually feels good.In the gym
I have accesses to two private gyms in Milton Keynes where we can train. Slots in these gyms are limited so please get in touch before booking.
