Whether you prefer face-to-face coaching sessions or remote support, the system is designed to fit your life — and your running.

Membership & Pricing

RunStrong Coaching

£150 per month

Your monthly subscription includes the complete RunStrong Coaching System:

  • Integrated coaching across running technique, biomechanical strength, and nutrition
  • Weekly adaptations and ongoing support from me: Ed Stivala
  • Data review and feedback (Strava, Garmin, etc.)
  • Continuous communication and accountability
  • Member rates for in-person sessions

Optional Add-On:

In-person technique or strengh session - £45 / hour (exclusive to RunStrong members)
