    At Middleton Pool and Fitness Centre in Newport Pagnell. Fully equiped gym offering a comprehensive range of training options; cardio, weights, or plyometrics focused sessions.
  • At your home

    I bring the coaching to you. Perfect if you prefer privacy, convenience and have sufficient space.
  • Outdoors

    Local parks, many of which offer outdoor bodyweight gyms. Train in the fresh air with body-weight strength and conditioning that actually feels good.
